2. Dumbbell Flat Bench Press: 5×12-15
Last set is a triple drop set
3. High to Low Cable Fly: 5×12-15
4. Peck Deck Fly: 5×10-12
Last set double drop set
5. Superset, Ex 1- Chest Dips: 5×12-15
Ex 2- Close Grip Bench Push Ups: 5xFailure
6. Dumbbell Curls: 4×5 on each arm. Repeat 3 to 4 times. See video for details.
7. Cable High Curls: 4×12-15
8. Over Hand Grip EZ Bar Curls: 4×20
